The role available is on a permanent and long-term basis, you will be contracted directly by Newfield Fabrication.
Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Spot Welders to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating our spot welding machines to produce parts.
Responsibilities
– Perform spot welding of sheet metal parts
– Operate spot welding equipment and assemble components
– Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine requirements
– Conduct quality checks on spot welded parts to ensure they meet specifications
– Maintain spot welding equipment and tools in good working condition
Skills
– Proficient in spot welding and metal fabrication
– Ability to use hand tools effectively
– Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
– Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance
– Experience in spot welding and assembling metal components
